Chiropractic,
Injury Prevention,
and Recovery Services
for those who want to stay in the game.

What We Do

We are specialists in athletic injuries, with an emphasis on correcting and preventing musculoskeletal injuries and imbalances. Our expertise also covers common aches and pains that come with everyday life.

How We Do It

We address each individual's injuries or imbalances in a comprehensive manner. Recovery entails identifying, isolating, and targeting the affected areas. As such, each treatment plan is tailored to your needs.

Our Mission

We strive to provide high-quality, evidence-driven chiropractic care to the athletes and weekend warriors of St. Johns County.

Other Services We Offer

Movement Screening

Movement screening is the process of analysing movement tasks for the purpose of understanding how an individual uses their body. The movement strategies they adopt, are or will, contribute to their physical performance or mechanisms of injury.

Adjustments

Procedure in which trained specialists use their hands or a small instrument to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. The goal of this procedure, also known as spinal manipulation, is to improve spinal motion and improve your body's physical function.

Active Release

Active Release Techniques (ART) are a soft tissue method that focuses on relieving tissue tension via the removal of fibrosis/adhesions which can develop in tissues as a result of overload due to repetitive use. These disorders may lead to muscular weakness, numbness, aching, tingling and burning sensations.

Graston Technique

Technique that combines the use of a stainless-steel instrument and special massage method to identify areas of muscle adhesion, or scar-like tissue, that can be improved.

Kinesiotape

Kinesiology Therapeutic (KT) tape is used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It reduces swelling, increases mobility and enhances recovery.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups. Cupping practitioners use cupping therapy for a wide array of medical conditions.
